Our Silent Auction is a HUGE production and no one would want to miss it.  The doors open at noon and that’s when the bidding begins.  Our basket items are donated by the students, and then a classroom volunteer assembles the basket.  The result is phenomenal.  We end up with over 300 of the most creative baskets that you could ever imagine.  Scroll down to the bottom of this page to see a list of this year’s basket themes.

To bid on a basket, just put your name, number, and price on the bid sheet.  If no one outbids you by the time the auction closes, you will win the basket.  If there is a basket you really want, we suggest that you stop back close to the end of the auction, to increase your bid, if needed.  The auction will close in four sections, the first at 4:40, the second at 5:00 and the third at 5:20 and the fourth at 5:40pm.  Winners will be posted at the auction, and notified by phone.   We would prefer you pick up your basket by 7 p.m., but if we are unable to contact you, we will store the baskets at your child’s elementary school.  You will be able to pick up your basket on Monday.

Our Silent Auction also includes a Business Section.  We normally have over 100 gift certificates that have been donated by local businesses.  Be sure to check out this portion of the auction, if you like a good deal.
